Copyright Claimed? (help?)

Well I am using NO music in mine other than that in the game and in my intro. But the claims aren't in my intro but actually during the gameplay And I have permission via e-mail to use this game in my videos.

is the video(s) monetized or not? if it isn't then that is messed up. because if you have permission from the content owners then they shouldn't claim them unless it's another company -.- maybe you should contact the owner and dispute the video if they reject then maybe contact them aswell. I'm having no luck but i wish you luck!

I have permission to use the game, and the video is not monetized. I told the company that I would not make money off of their content and have not monetized any of the videos using their game
