Copyright claim on Advanced Warefare clip... by UEFA!?!?!

I've Got It
Hellooooo!

So if any of you had seen my other copyright claim thread you would of seen that i was having trouble with regards to my Advanced Warfare veteran walkthrough videos, i was basically getting visual and audio copyright strikes from activision for what appeared to be me showing the cutscenes, when i spoke to activision they told me it was up to youtube but youtube was saying it was up to activision yada yada yada ... basically i didn't get anywhere with it and i didn't want to appeal it incase it damaged my account/channel.

So what i was doing was altering the frequency of the cutscenes and no copyright claims... great!

Until my most recent video after it being up for over 24 hours i then got a copyright claim on the video from 0.02 seconds to 0.16 seconds.... now 0.10 seconds of my video is my intro!! Which i created on a free site (can;t remember which) so the other 6 seconds is just partly a blank screen and then the start of the cutscene which has the altered frequency.

But the weirdest thing about this copyright claim is that it isn't from Activision, it isn't from Sledgehammer.... it is from UEFA!!! Dafuq!?!?! Incase anyone didn't know UEFA is the Football Association for European Leagues (Soccer for you in the USofA :D) I found this crazy!! I'm sure i could appeal against this copyright strike but part of me thinks i should just leave it and move on as i have had too much trouble with the Advanced Warfare videos as it is.

Any ideas on what i should do guys?
Have you ever had a copyright strike from someone who has absolutely nothing to do with the vid you uploaded?

Thanks! :D

Fight it. This is ridiculous. UEFA can't claim anything that isn't theirs, always worth a shot! Especially if you know you're sure.

Make a video on it and post it to YouTube, email it to UEFA questions, support and troubleshooting team, tweet it to uefa, submit to the DailyMail, theSun newspapers etc
No reason why something like that WOULDN'T go viral!

"UEFA claims copyright on ten miliseconds of blank footage.. On a Call of Duty Video"
Dafaq?

Well i'm pretty sure UEFA don't have anything to do with Advanced Warfare? Only thing i found from searching was that Juventus teamed up with Advanced Warfare but that still has nothing to with the video in the game.

Any idea on what option i should choose as i can't see the one that says "They have f**k all to do with this game!" hahaha

I believe this copyright claim is not valid because:
- I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.
- I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.
- I gave credit in the video.
- The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it.
- I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.
- My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.
- The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.

Just use the part: The Video is my original Content. I think that should be enough.

hahaha great idea!! :D If you see any of my vids you will see my intro (nothing special, a free one i got off a site that allows anyone to go on and download) that runs for 10 seconds then the intro of the game starts.

What the claim is for is 2secs to 16 secs, so 8 secs is just my intro and the other 6 seconds is the cutscene and only contains the words "A US led multinational unit, our mission, to investigate" ... and thats it!! hahaha

What video do you mind me asking and i'll look at it on your channel? :p
Well the video in question is blocked worldwide so you can't see it but the intro is on almost all my videos. But if you go to playlist and Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Veteran Walkthrough and click Mission 8 Sentinel you will see it will tell you it has been blocked by UEFA worldwide
