I've Got It
Hellooooo!
So if any of you had seen my other copyright claim thread you would of seen that i was having trouble with regards to my Advanced Warfare veteran walkthrough videos, i was basically getting visual and audio copyright strikes from activision for what appeared to be me showing the cutscenes, when i spoke to activision they told me it was up to youtube but youtube was saying it was up to activision yada yada yada ... basically i didn't get anywhere with it and i didn't want to appeal it incase it damaged my account/channel.
So what i was doing was altering the frequency of the cutscenes and no copyright claims... great!
Until my most recent video after it being up for over 24 hours i then got a copyright claim on the video from 0.02 seconds to 0.16 seconds.... now 0.10 seconds of my video is my intro!! Which i created on a free site (can;t remember which) so the other 6 seconds is just partly a blank screen and then the start of the cutscene which has the altered frequency.
But the weirdest thing about this copyright claim is that it isn't from Activision, it isn't from Sledgehammer.... it is from UEFA!!! Dafuq!?!?! Incase anyone didn't know UEFA is the Football Association for European Leagues (Soccer for you in the USofA
) I found this crazy!! I'm sure i could appeal against this copyright strike but part of me thinks i should just leave it and move on as i have had too much trouble with the Advanced Warfare videos as it is.
Any ideas on what i should do guys?
Have you ever had a copyright strike from someone who has absolutely nothing to do with the vid you uploaded?
Thanks!![Big Grin :D :D](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/biggrin.png)
