I've Got It
hi guys
i've searched for a few hours now. and i didn't found exactly what i wanted to know.
i've read, that in parodies copyright protected music can be used.
but the definition of a parody is extremly variable.
i want to use psy's gentleman. only the music, the video will be totally self made.
i also read psy deleted the copyright of gangnam style, so everybody can use it. did he do this with gentleman too?
and can i monetize this video? or is this against the rules?
thanks and greez

you cannot "delete" copyright, the original creator will always retain the rights until something like 50-60 years when a copyright expires.
