You can't copy original works, such as their dialog, trademarks, descriptions, tag lines, etc. Many things are protected under US Copyright Law. Most channels it appears do not enforce copyright protection, but some will. Yt also has TOS and Community Guidelines, if you are misleading and impersonating another channel that channel can have you striked.
Remember, three strikes and you're out. If you're out of ideas, Yt may not be the best line of work for you - it's a creative endeavor that needs a constant flow of fresh and unique ideas.
To grow on Yt, it's best to have original ideas and chart your own course, not be a cheap rip-off of someone else's work. Take inspiration, but don't copycat tags/title/descriptions/scene by scene - it's asking for trouble.[DOUBLEPOST=1482974857,1482974747][/DOUBLEPOST]
Crediting a work does not give you any protection under Copyright Law, nor give you permission to use another's work. Otherwise I can just republish Harry Potter on Amazon and "credit" J.K. Rowling.
