Without looking at the actual videos, I'm guessing she does the same thing that many popular vlogger-types do. For example:
A video titled "WE'RE GETTING MARRIED?!" with a picture of the vlogger holding out a ring. Then, you excitedly click the video, and it's just 12 minutes of standard vlogging with someone making a one off joke about proposing.

So, intentionally misleading titles and thumbnails = YouTube $$$.

Because I keep getting notifications from this thread, I went and actually looked at her channel. I definitely regretted that and can honestly say she fits into the category of people that I just have deep hatred for in life.

Oh, certainly... but at least he's usually commenting on newsy type stories, so at least there's some semblance of a natural lead-in to the sensationalistic titles, y'know? It's not just "Oh hey, in this next shot you should joke about breaking up with me so I can put WE'RE BREAKING UP as the title, okay? Aaaaaand action."

... I feel kind of bad that the OP was so excited about JennXPenn and pretty much everyone's just dumped on her, ha. So, let me throw this out there... I know who she is because I've seen her in collabs and enjoyed the videos. So, yeah!
