if you think is fair use write back to them and tell why do you think that and the new youtube is ****** up so some companys are sending out content id claims but they dont want to... so try to contact them and they maybe help you or you can just delete the video

Dispute the strike (I think you can, have never got one so I am speaking from what I've heard) if you think it's unfair or wait 6 months for it to go away.
