Content Id Abuse & Harassment?

Hello, we're dealing with a party who joined Believe Digital network (Believe Africa) and he keeps blocking and handing out copyright strike take downs to every Persian Channel I know of, we've had actual permission from artists who all live in Iran to upload their content and do whatever we want as we please.
Two of the Persian Channels I know of received more than 10 copyright strike take downs and both of their YouTube accounts got terminated, They filed counter notification forms for every copyright strikes and they won the cases for all of them, and both of their accounts got reinstated again after a month of waiting.
Now again this party who partnered with Believe Digital Network (Believe A. /Believe Africa) handed 3 new strikes and their account is about to get terminated once again, what are people suppose to do against content id and CMS abusers? YouTube is pathetic and dead with their emails and horrible customer service, it's the same robotic emails and useless responses over and over again, how are people suppose to fight abusers like this? who are we suppose to contact? what are we suppose to do? you can't realistically expect people to keep filing counter notification forms and wait a month, get it reinstated back again and get it removed again.... that's just pathetic and ridiculous from a Company that's worth more than 600 Billion Dollars. Does anyone know an actual person from YouTube or Google people can contact and handle copyright strike issues and content id abuse cases??? please, it's really urgent and I'm out of ideas what to do against this party.
They keep blocking content in 248 countries and put 2 different blocks on each content manual and one through content id.

This party forged actual contract documents and he is claiming to own every single Persian artists Albums & Single songs and rights to all their content, that's impossible and we have actual written proof from the artists, they don't even know who these people are? and they never gave anyone permission to sell their content, how is it possible for these people to claim to own everything? and get away with scam like this??? and as you know Iran is banned and filtered from YouTube and doesn't even have DMCA laws. This party lives in Germany and he joined this network.
This is content id abusers YouTube channel, day by day they keep growing and abuse the system more and more and no one is doing anything about it, currently they make over $50,000 a month.

Yes, unfortunately ContentID abusers still exist even if the YouTube's guidelines says what companies shall put as references and what not. There is other thread on YTTalk where I wrote some of the abusive behaviors like claims on Public Domain stuff, claims on music uploaded before the CMS owner had his reference and similar. The only way to settle this out of court is to get ContentID for your company (if your content is original and you say the company is big, so it wouldn't be an issue) and upload your original references. This way if there are reference overlaps, you can directly communicate with the overlapers in ContentID and eventually resolve them. I had ConteinID overlap with one of my videos where it was used for a documentary without my permission and knowledge, and the company uploaded the whole movie in ContentID. I got overlap notification, tried to contact them, but they didn't reply, so I claimed ownership of the overlapped reference, and they didn't reply in the period of one month, so now the reference is mine (as it have to be, since they claimed something on which they don't have permissions to use).

If we hire a lawyer, they can't hide or ignore it right? and is it possible to actually find this persons actual identity? the person who keeps registering content on this network? and this network is actually known to abuse the content id system, if you look up Believe Digital, you'll see what I'm talking about, so it's not a surprise to see them do nothing about this person.

Thank you, I just have to look around and see which lawyer I have to contact and move forward with this case, because the counter notification forms and appeals are no use, you keep coming back and he does it again over and over...
 
I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. But the one I sent you to will be able to inform you what they can offer. I have spoken to them previously via Skype. They are US based and seemed like one of the best choices for this type of issue.
