I've Got It
Hi,

I have been experimenting with my content and editing style in the last couple of weeks, it would be great to get some feedback about;
  • Editing
  • Audio
  • Is it entertaining?
  • Did you find it funny?

Thank you in advance!

Hey dude! Nice video. Got some comments (remember it's just my oppinons and all that jazz ;). Anyone can see that you are creating quality content. ):

Editing:
Overall, I think you have done a Stellar job. Only thing i was noticing:
  • The "no signal" screen or what you call it is on screen slightly longer than the beep sound. I think it would feel more natural if they ended and started at the same time.
Audio:
I have no comments here. Vocals are nice, and music + sound effects are at a nice level.

Is it Entertaining/Do you find it funny:
I will answer these two in one as my toughs kinda relates to each other.

Generally, I like that you take the concept of reading memes/funny pictures aloud. It has been done before, but I think it is way higher quality-wise than just having a text-to-speach voice read it loud.

Like I said on the feedback I gave youir last video, I think you are entertaining/funny overall. I think the Alexzisa bit around 3:20 was the best. Loved your reaction/acting on the "If you want to know more, text me part" :D! Also the Ricky part was great!

For me, the whole singing and dancing is a bit too much. I don't think it adds to the joke, I percieve it more as filler. I also think I said the same thing in your last video (the beyonce part), so please stop me if it gets old ;)

I also have some thoughts on the timing of your laughs. Sometimes, It seems to me like the laugh decreases the "funny" part of a moment. At 0:40, 0:51, and 3:21 I think the laugh after the joke makes it less funny. The thing is, I find all of those parts are good. It is just that if I imagine you did the exact same thing, but without the laugh at the end, I would like it more. Sort of like allowing the joke to stand on its own instead of having a laugh back it up. Basically when the structure is: "say the punchline" --> "short break" --> "laugh", I think it takes something away from the jokes.

I find your laughs delightful any other time at the video, maybe because I don't see them as a "joke supporter" but more like "laughing at the situation". I know this is extremly knit picky, and in the end down to preference, but I really do believe that your jokes I mentioned would be more impactful without the laugh at the end.

Another small thing was how you repeat the punchline At 1:34. Like with the dancing part, I don't think it adds to the joke.

All in all i really enjoyed it. Thank you for another crisp video!

Thanks man for a really in depth review. I can see what you mean about the laughs, I was half tempted to crop them out. I am filming my next video this week so I will take some of these on board for the next one :)
