Vlog Considering creating a virtual panel

I'm considering creating some kind of virtual panel, perhaps O2L-style or something (I'm not an O2L fan though, fwiw), but I'm not sure how exactly to go about this and what exactly the panel would make videos on/discuss. Also, I think it would be cool to have new members all the time, as opposed to the same few people as a clique.. Or perhaps there would just be a different guest each week to add variety.

Would anyone be interested in fleshing this idea out with me?

I'm also thinking this would be a monthly ordeal, or maybe bi-monthly, since doing this weekly would be too much on my plate.

Some ideas:
-talking about something trending
-sharing a story in regards to a certain topic
-giving advice on a certain topic
-sharing our interests within a certain topic
-tag videos
-"reacting to ___" videos

These videos would be on our individual channels, but have distinct branding and perhaps a hashtag to differentiate it from our other content.

I would prefer people on this panel to be at least 16 y.o. because my channel does involve the occasional swear or heavy topic.

originality isn't really the point, it's more about variety, new perspectives, promoting others, etc.
yes, tons of shows have different guests each week. it's an established practice lol.
