Connecting piano/keyboard to dslr?

I want to play keyboard/piano whilst filming so the sound is hooked up to the DSLR.

How would I go about doing this?

Also I have some experience recording I have cubase set up an a keyboard and vocal mic etc set up so I can record my songs so I guess one way is I can record my stuff then film me separately playing then sync it up

But what if I want to play/sing live on camera?
 
I have never heard of that being possible. From what you have described, I'm guessing you want crystal clear sound alongside video.

All I would be able to advise is doing what you suggested, setting it up so your piano records into your computer and sync up the video and audio later.

If you were looking to hook it up so you are playing live on camera, you would have to use something like OBS. OBS would allow you to hook up audio and video in 2 different channels synced up on a live broadcast. Hooking your piano to record on your computer or an external mic with better quality is pretty much the solution for both.

I've bever really heard of anyone sending the audio directly to their camera. I know a lot of people that record live audio and all of them record to a computer and then sync it with the video. Or send the audio to a small recording device and sync that audio file with the video. That's what I do.
