Maybe you got your first subscriber, 5th subscriber, 100th!
Maybe you uploaded your first video after months and months of trying to pluck up the courage.
Maybe you showed your channel to a friend for the first time.
Maybe you just completed a year on YouTube.
Maybe you made your channel today.
Whatever it may be, you probably hit a milestone today. Milestones are just huge things. Every little thing that happens on your channel and that you feel a sense of accomplishment should be a milestone.
So stop feeling sad because you didn't hit 100 subscribers yet. Look at all the other milestones you have probably hit!
