Computer requirements for 1080p video editing

Im wondering if my computer will be fast enough. Its a dell z420 workstation. I belive its a quad core 3.6 ghz with 16gb of ram and 1 gb video.

Will i be able to edit 4k and export 1080p with premiere?
 
You should do ok with 1080. 4k is going to take more. I have a i7-6770k with 32GB of ddr4 and a gtx1070. I have it tweaked to 4.4 GHz. It has some issues dealing with 4k. I won't touch 4k now until I get a better computer.
