Company partner page

Hey I have been wandering around the internet but couldn't find a lot of info about what options you get by filling in the form here: http://www.youtube.com/partners/contact_info?page=start&partner_type=C

I need to get partnership on a company youtube channel for the extra options. I also tried to get any contact information but other than the telephone number in USA I couldn't find one directing to my own country.

Anyone has more experience with partnering a company page?

I know YouTube has a special "brand pages" feature specifically for companies and brands, and it gets you even more stuff than full partners, such as custom HTML tabs and channel gadgets. Similar to the YouTube politics channel. Problem is you need to pay thousands of dollars a month to YouTube before they give you that.
