Gaming Community Video?

I kind of want to make a community gaming failtage. If you have a fail send it to me on youtube. I will have links to all who submit a fail. Why I want to do this: To help out others and promote them, and that I suck at trolling and can't make any funny videos. Any game will work. Just as long as you fail in the clip.

See I have had plently of fails but never get lucky enough to save them. My best probably came in GTA V where I was falling off a mountain and my character ended up getting stuck to where he wasnt walking but in the falling motion after he fell off the mountain! xD
