I dont think so.. i have one video that has about 250K views.. but because of the racist comments.. i approve all comments.. and its still getting tons of comments..

Because of racial stuff I approve all comments. However, my channel is doing pretty good.

I think it could go either way. I dont have it set up to aprove anything (partly because im not big enough). but i think it could do a small bit of damage. But nothing significant.
