Comment Disappearing Act

I commented on a video with one account and I can see it fine.
But when I log in with another account, I can't see the comment.
Why would that be?

Could it possibly have been a comment on a video where the video creator has to approve the comment (or "moderate") before it is shown to other YouTubers? That would be my guess.

It's because the video owner must approve, most likely.
