This is Cnation rule

ii) If YouTube and us deem your content as severely infringing on other's copyright

We are required to hold the revenues in our Adsense for 12 months, after that period if YouTube did not make any reclaims (rights holder thought the amount was insignificant etc) we will payout your original revenue share (for most this is 90%) on the next month following that 12 month period.

My payment is blocked at 4-2014. When i pm online support of Cnation. This is answer

but without any further payment to me this month
I sent mail to the cnation support from Jun 9. They say is contact with google but jun 19 has no answers yet.
I've made threats on Cnation community and as a result my account banned
