Ok first, what are you (ie are you a YouTube network or just a channel that happens to use network in your name)? Two, any managed channels that get strikes directly go to the Content Owner operators (you), although not immediately. It's your responsibility to fix any strikes (reach out to the company that placed the strike to get it removed) before they are officially given (you have a time period before they actually place the strike against the Content Owner. Like a YouTube channel, receive too many strikes then you can get shut down. Also if your access to the YouTube Content Owner (CMS) was given to you for personal channels (which is what I think is the case), then (correct me if I'm wrong) you aren't allowed partner third-party channels, only channels you own/operate/are affiliated with. Besides it would be foolish to let randoms be on your managed CO since you can get in trouble for it.
