Clips from Movies and TV Shows

I see channels like Wisecrack, The Film Theorists and Screen Junkies do it all the time: Taking Clips from Movies and TV shows. When they do it, not censored whatsoever, but when I do my video gets deleted and have to do it all over again. I understand you need a permit, but how to you get It?

I think those ppl just dispute the video claim as fair use seeing how usually they do commentary on top of it too.

The Film Theorist and Wisecrack have all of their videos monetized by Defy Media (whom I would assume is their network). Defy manages licensing on behalf of its brands.

(Screen Junkies' videos are monetized by Break...which I assume is Break Media, which is one of the founders of Defy.)

I think the main thing here though is...you can't assume that any given video is monetized solely by the youtuber. Big youtubers will often have their stuff managed by their network, and for the most popular youtubers, networks actually might manage some of the licensing/copyright stuff. This is not going to be applicable for smaller youtubers, unfortunately.
