Claimed Song in the Video Games

So I was trying to do a walkthrough for some video games, but it turned out when I uploaded to Youtube, a song was being claimed, thus making my entire video went silence, only the graphic footage is running. I wonder is it correct for me to dispute that claim? I have no right to use that music, but it is inside the video games where the developer used it. If I was not allowed to dispute it, then my walkthrough will be like Part 1, Part 2, Part 4?

You don't have a valid reason to dispute, you don't have the right to use the music in the game video but the developer has the right to use it in the game, it's quite common to have claims like this in games like GTA with the radio, unfortunately you'll just have to turn off the music in-game or get permission from the creator of the music.

There should be Sound Options so you can turn down or off individual sounds like Music.

but somtimes not every part of the game got claimed BGM, if add my own, it will not match the scene

But what would you prefer? I silent video with a claim or copyright strike that will then leave to your account to be terminated or a video that has the sounds with a song that you know no one can mess you with?
