I'd like to serve the community, so I'm opening up my small little YtTalk graphics design shop again!

I'll sometimes open up FREE REQUESTS! These'll be limited in number, and I'll update the title of this thread whenever these are open. Please don't ask for free designs while free requests are closed.
I do require you to credit me with a link to my channel/website in your channel, whether your order is paid or free. I think it's fair considering my prices. If you have a problem with this though, let me know beforehand.

WHAT I OFFER:
Logos:
I've only made text logos thus far, but if you need something different, I'm willing to experiment.
Channel Art:
Banners are the most fun to make for me and I can usually complete these very quickly.
Outros:
There isn't much to say about outros. They look pretty cool I guess.
League of Legends Stream Overlays:
If Riot Games adds another small change in the HUD(Rito pls), just let me know and I'll fix up the overlay for you free up charge.
If you want a different type of overlay not for League of Legends, let me know. However, LoL overlays are my specialty.

PAYMENT:
Whenever I open up free requests, my services are free!
Just give me credit with a link to my channel/website in your channel(not in just one video, let's be real here).
In any other case, I take payment via PayPal. Prices are listed at the end of this post!
THE PROCESS:
1. You leave me a description of what you want it to look like. Please give me your contact information as well(i.e. email or Skype).
If you aren't descriptive enough I'll let you know. For my sake please be as descriptive as possible.
2. I work on your order, sending you progress screenshots with watermarks on them.
You get a maximum of 3 times you can be picky and ask for changes. Use them wisely; after you've used your 3 chances, I won't accept any more requests for changes. It's your fault for not being descriptive.
3. After we negotiate a price*, I send you a PayPal invoice and you pay from there.
(If I'm doing it for free, skip this step)
4. I will then send you the finished product without a watermark.
POLICIES:
1. I do not accept more than 3 requests for changes to your order(see process below for more details)
2. Whenever I open up free requests, please no more than two orders for each person!
3. I have the right to decline requests at any stage.
4. You may not redistribute my work in any way, nor steal any of my designs.
5. I will not redo any orders that have already been done and paid for. The exception is when it becomes unusable, such as with the League of Legends HUD changing.
6. People with over 500 subscribers may request designs for up to a 50% price reduction.(This policy is subject to change.)
7. You must credit me for the designs.
8. You must acknowledge these policies.
9. Whether you've requested free designs, paid designs, or even if you have 100 million subscribers, all of the above policies still apply.

YouTube Banner - $4.00 + An Optional Donation*
YouTube Outro - $4.00 + An Optional Donation*
Twitch Overlay - $5.00 + An Optional Donation*
