Channel Trailer?

So I have just about everything on the checklist for the new channel layout except a trailer. Do you think a channel trailer would be helpful or is it just pointless?

I think it could only help. Showing off the best moments of your videos could draw attention I think. Im new so im not sure how much value my opinion has haha

I was thinking along similar lines with something like a montage.

I put one of my videos as trailer, I don't think that is pointless at all.
You don't need to make a trailer, or a video introducing yourself, unless you want to do, if you just put some of your videos it will make a difference.

Yes I think that would be cool. It shows off what your channel is about. I'm planning on doing something similar but i'm not really sure when i should release one.
