Hi,
(i speak french so sorry for mistakes and bad grammar ^^)

As I always do this Monday morning I check my YouTube Analytics and daily revenue. That morning everything was OK. But then, the afternoon my YouTube channel was no more available on my YouTube Studio Android app.

I told myself "maybe a maintenance or random problems"

I try again the night and then i saw that my YouTube channel was permanently disabled ! WTF Google ?!
I received any mail about that, about anything, they just terminated my channel... For no reasons !
The morning my channel was available and few hours later no more ?

When i get to my URL channel they said that it got terminated for too many copyright stuff. Again WTF Google ?
Yes, i had received 2 strike in October 2014 but they were about to expire in March or April ! I try to avoid much better copyright sounds and other stuff like that and i received any mail about copyright issues since my 2 strike ! So what Google ? Is there a valid reason to delete my channel like that with any reasons or sending me a mail about what was wrong ?

I try since Monday to get an answer but they litteraly don't give a f about me. My channel is 2 years of work and about more than 500 000 views Monthly ! Because i am a student this is my only way to buy stuff like new cameras and PC pieces for exemple. I am so discusting !

Have you any ideas ? I tried to use "Unable to access a Google product" but they don't answer me.

I will be so thankfull if you guys can help me !

Man!:oops::oops: You just played with their feelings, so they had to do that! 3 strikes means account will terminate!

And what does 2 strike about to expire means ? I DIDN'T GOT 3 STRIKES

They litteraly missed up and there is no way to make them admit it, they don't even check my investigation request ! I received any mail, any single message from YouTube. There is NO REASON as I said, it's very frustrating because it's about years of work and they destroy it like that for NO REASON.

5 years before it happened to me, they will inform for 2 strikes, they will directly disable the account without any notice for 3rd strike
You can always appeal them, but as its a huge site, they may have lot of emails to reply! You may get the reply soon :)

I hope that everything will be all right because i'm on vacation and i don't want to think about that all day ...

The things that i don't understand is that in my YouTube dashboard they said that if i get one more strike my channel will be terminated in 7 days ... And they said on support "Users whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. When an account is terminated, the account owner will receive an email detailing the reason for the suspension."

But again i received any mail about a copyright conplain. My last mail i received was that someone has subscribed to my channel. I do a search on my Gmail and no trace of copyright or YouTube important mail since October 2014 ... I'm getting mad for real :banghead:xD

Hope an answer/investigation for the support tonight ...

I agree with @Jawad Soomro that they probably terminated your account automatically because of a 3rd strike. But if it's only been 2 days since you contacted them, I'd give them some more time. There's a lot of people on YouTube and probably a lot that are appealing their accounts being suspended or closed.

If your strikes happened in October, you would have had until that date in April for them to wear off (6 months). I think it's pretty safe to say you got a 3rd strike before either of the other 2 were dissolved (it's only April 1st when you posted this). 3 strikes and you're out, there's no way to fix it and YouTube doesn't bother with contacting people over it. Sorry :(
