Channel says 18 subs, only shows 16

My channel shows that I have 18 subscribers, but when I click to see them, it only shows 16. What gives? Does it just take a while to refresh or something?

I think it could be people who have subscribed without an account, have you had any emails saying someone has subbed to you but they dont have an account yet?
