We are looking for tips or advice to improve our channel. We try our hardest to produce quality content even though we are a small channel.

I wouldn't say the best video to advertise here is your bloopers one because people who don't watch you aren't going to get it and bloopers are more like inside jokes.
Now I watched the video you made "about us" and would say that the fade transitions are a bit too much and can be a bit distracting
Also watched the dangers of pokemon go. The quality is pretty good, I'd just say that the build up is pretty weak for the climax.
Overall your videos have a good quality, good audio, it's just the content that needs improving but that will come in time.

Do you think jump cuts would be better than the transitions?

We are working really hard on content. We are both new to all of this. I think it's more about our confidence. Once we get use to making videos then it will come natural.

Also I just put out latest video up. Can I edit and change it now or does that break rules?

I think jumpcuts would be cleaner. As you can see from most of the vloggers and other youtubers, they also use jumpcuts and for a reason.
I'm pretty sure you can edit your post and change the video, no problem with that.
