Channel Review? What else can/should I do?

Howdy, I'm not really looking for views (although comments on the second one especially-got a new Mic and made new layout for videos- would be appreciated as well) just some advice and or comments on things like I guess it's called a profile picture (was my POV for fire responses) and my banner. As well as any other obvious defencies that I'm over-looking. Thanks!

Some music in the baground, and your intro music is very low, try to cut out the most fun parts, and mabye shorter videos.

but i just saw your bmg video and i loved it... you realy deserve more subs
 
Your titles are brutal. You need to get something that attracts users to your videos. Like what was mentioned. Cut to the funny parts. Add some background music. Raise your mic volume.

-Increase microphone and music audio
-Edit to the more fun scenes
-work on Titles (It's more difficult than I thought)
-Decrease length
