Channel review. What can I do better?

Hi people!

I have some succes with my channel but I know I can do better.
It all started for fun but the last six months I am serious.
My first 22 video's are a bit poor in quality but the last two are better.
I need advice about my channel in general. A review by you. What can I do better?

Well it sems that youre making your videos in video movie maker (guessing by the scrolling text ending. Youre going to need to work on your artsy side of things. New header,thumbnails, intro and outro.

I have a thread asking for reviews couple threads below. Would appreciate the feedback.
