Channel Review for Kids' Channel

I'm looking for an overall review of my channel. It's a kids' channel with the main focus being my (super adorable) 2 1/2 year old. We open toys, go to cool playgrounds, and generally just do fun toddler things. We started in April of this year, and currently have 515 subscribers. The issue is that it seems like 95% of these subscribers are people looking for sub for sub. Which is fine, but generally they don't look at my page after the initial sub, especially when/if I don't sub back to them.

So, I guess the big question is: Is there something I can improve on, or change, to attract more "regular people" to my channel, and not just other toy/kid channels looking to promote themselves?
