Channel Name Ideas

notjamie

I've Got It
Hey guys, my current channel name is "NotJamie" which seemed like a good name at the time except it's stupid and there are six other channels with the name.

My target audience is musicians (or people who like music) and people who like skits and adventures. I need name ideas. I would like to have my name in the username, but it is not required. I play acoustic guitar and electric bass guitar.

Thanks for the help,
Jamie

Hey Jamie! (Wait I thought you weren't Jamie...lol)

I checked out your channel and you seem to have some comedic/vlog/skits type content so its not all music (Kind of like mine, where I want to do music/skits/food stuff eventually but its still mostly vlogs and videos) Not a bad channel at all!

Anyways, back to your question. maybe something like NotJamie TV (since its not all music content), Life With Jamie, Jamie (your last name), Jamie's World, Not-Jamie Presents, NotJamie Studios, NotJamie Productions, NotJamie Comedy, Jamie TV, etc...

Hey Jamie I think know a good name which is related to music could be - "Jamie's Jams." Hope you like it
This.

But also have you considered using your real name? It's been a rising trend recently with YouTube allowing people to have whatever username whether it's been used already or not. For good reason too having a genuine feel to it that doesn't try too hard, and also being professionally accepted.

I dont know how many YouTube musicians you're into but Rob Scallon, Jarrod Alonge, Jared Dines, Pete Cotrell, Ryan Bruce, etc. all tend to be taking up this concept.

Anyway just food for thought.

I will consider using my real name but there's like 5 channels with the same name as my real name so I don't know how that would work out. They're all mostly inactive though. The most recent video on any of them was 4 months ago.

You can take a page from my book: misspell a popular phrase slightly and choose a name like Perfekt Pitch for example lol. Or if not, Pungenerator.org is your friend :)

Well now when you search "notjamie" on YouTube my channel shows up on top :)

Still debating if I should keep my name as NotJamie or change it to no lowercase notjamie. notjamie is more aesthetic but might look unprofessional
