Channel Layout| Uploads or Playlists first?

I've recently started making playlists for my videos, and I don't know if they should be seen first. I have them listed vertically so you can see them all. I don't know if that is right either.

So, what I'm kind of asking is, what is more pleasing to the eye for you guys, and what works better in your opinion.

When I click on someones channel I like to see their recent uploads. I feel like it gives you a better feel for the direction the channel is going/how frequently they upload etc

Recent uploads followed with best of or a playlist of a full series.

I would also support your new content first, and then follow up with a playlist of popular videos (either based on likes or views) and then a third playlist with maybe a series or something!

id definitely say uploads playlists is more of when youre looking for more specific things under a channel but people usually go for the recent content first

I really like seeing uploads first whenever I see on a channels so I follow that format

When someone comes to your channel and sees recent uploades it means that he doesn't have to click anywhere to find them. Beneficial.
