Channel layout problems.

Hello YTTalk'ers,
I have a slight problem with my channel banner and it's bugging me! I have a banner and all the usual channel stuff, but when I sign out and search for my channel to see what it looks like for the public, it comes up with the old layout. There is no banner and the channel is laid out in the way before the banner and this looks plain and boring!
Is there anything I can do about this?
Does anyone else have this problem?

It seems like a weird bug that's been happening to some people. It shows the new layout for me
