Channel is trying to impersonate my channel

The channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyOeOEI3tcsJ3_h7HoOaFzg
is using my channel banner, my old user icon (with my son in the picture, the same one I'm using for yttalk) , and somehow have the same username! They are not stealing my video, but still!!!

Can they do that? Can I report their channel? Can you really have the same youtube user name as someone else? I didn't think that was possible

yeah u can flag their account. and anyone can change their display name to whatever they want but the link is different
 
YeS! I reported them and it got taken down in like an hour! Thank you everyone , just think it's so sad that other people have to do this and try to impersonate another channel just to get views :(
 
Well it is people with no real ambition into youtube but a will to be recognised. It's not cool and not legal, but I don't think they are bad people
 
I agree I don't think they are bad people. I have done some things that's I'm not so proud of also in life. ( not YouTube related ) However just that I work so hard on my channel and it's not fair for someone to try and take a "shortcut" to get views that's all.
 
Yeah humanity is made of a bit of this and a bit of that :/ You've done well by reporting it. It's the best you could have done
