Channel Icon Error

One of my youtube channels icon is not showing anymore, and it wont allow us to upload a new one. All it says is error and thats it.

We've tried on different computers (PC and Mac)
Anyone know the problem?

I'd say clear your cache, and resetting any type of settings you have. This may sound dumb but have you tried internet explorer?

thanks Ill give it a shot. Ive tried on Chrome and on Firefox, plus on a Mac, and on a PC. Plus on different youtube accounts looking at the same channel, and its still not there :/

I'm going to guess this is an issue with G+, I've had a similar issue where my avatar wouldn't load for days even after clearing my cache.
I'd try using a file format such as PNG or JPG if you aren't already... Otherwise I'd just wait it out.
