Channel growing slowly

Hi there, my channel right now is on 103 subscribers, and I gain around 1 subscriber a week. Over time do you start getting more subscribers more frequently? Do you have any tips on how to grow my channel faster? Do the subscribers and views come in more regularly as you grow? For example by the time I get to 200 will I be getting more subscribers a week? I have been on YouTube for a year now so it has taken me a year to gain 100 subscribers, I hope this year I will gain 150 subscribers.

Hi Jack, are you sharing your videos on Twitter and Google+ too? I find that that helps a fair bit :)
 
I have another channel and on that I went from 100 subs to over 1000 in a year. All I can say is collab and make sure you ask for people to subscribe and share your videos.

Yeah I share on Facebook, twitter, snapchat and Instagram. I think it's just that people see 14 year old boy and think "meh he's just going to give up soon" but I'm not![DOUBLEPOST=1479077554,1479077484][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thank you for your tips. I always share my video and at the end ask people to subscribe, although I haven't many people to collaborate with at the moment. Thank you though :)

:) Stick at it! From what I can tell it's harder to grow when you're a bit younger, but you have done really well so far. Your channel is pretty niche with baking and such so it may just be a case of the right people finding your videos over time too!

Collabing is definitely the way forward or ask other channel to give you shoutout.
