The logo is cool but it and the banner don't really match your name, the banner also looks very fuzzy mainly the text, you might want to change up the thumbnails as well make them more lively, Your commentary is fine your voice just sounds a bit to faded so you might want to up the voice volume but outside of that your good.
Videos are good quality and short which does help as most people will only hang around for a few minutes if they don't know who you are.
I might suggest making a twitter and facebook account for your channel as a way to interact more with subs and new people. You can introduce them to your channel and it will help you grow. You might also want to fill in the about section of your channel as it will be very beneficial to your channel if you do give people other ways to contact you and also let them learn about you.

The banner is good, but would look better if it was a higher resolution. The low res shows in the text edges (blurry). Profile pic is inconsistent with your banner and the thumbnail has no branding it appears (unless that is what you're going for). You have great potential, I think you just need to be more consistent and pick a theme (scary, funny, silly, serious) and create your graphics around that theme (keeping colours, fonts etc. consistent)
 
The profile pic looks nice, though could be brighter. Same with the banner looking nice, but the resolution could be higher. I like the commentary despite the quality of audio. Good job however, you have potential!
