Your google feud video is hilarious! your audi and facecam quality are reaelly nice so great job on that! I've been meaning to play google feud on my channel as well actually haha
As for the channel art my advice is always to make the channel art go together in a way where if your channel art and a bunch of other ones were all mixed up on a table someone would be able to pick out your avatar and banner as a match. I like your little intro bit in your videos ^_^

I would try to keep the words off your face in the thumbnails.. I am not sure if that helps any or more of a personal preference.. Are you using good tags and descriptions?

Yes thanks for that pro tip, I can see that your channel and thumbnails are doing well. Your gaming videos are every entertaining. Keep it up.
