What i need to do to make my channel look like this? I tried everything and can't find any option to make my playlists/ best videos be visible on main page

on the playlists there should be different options to make them viewed vertically or horizontally so i imagine they did it that way

ya im not sure how they made it 2 columns but the horizontal and vertical settings are one thing they're doing
