Channel Design seems to be "stuck"

Hey guys

I have a problem with the tab design of my channel. I chose the Blogger design because that's what most people seem to use. It all worked fine but today I uploaded a new video and there is still the old video even though I checked the box to always use the newest video. Do you know what's the problem there?

Sometimes it just takes a little bit to update. Used to happen to me all the time.

i have the same problem what you do is you click on the featured video and choose a video from one of your playlists and then wait like 10 15 minutes then change it to the new one
