Channel country setting - important?

Hi,

Does anyone knows if this setting influences your video exposure?

I mean... I have set my country to Poland. Does it mean that my videos are more likely to appear in searches for Polish viewers and less in other countries?

All of my videos are in English, and every single video has language set to English but I was wondering if the country setting also matters or not.

It doesn't matter in what country you live in it's a matter of description, keywords, title and thumbnails (in my option) which attracts viewers and subscribers to your channel no matter where in the world they are.
