Channel banner missing

Youtube partners do not get a banner on the old layout as far as I am aware. You have to be within a specific network to get that banner.
I suggest switching to the new layout as YT is switching accounts to it already + You'll get a banner.

I would link you but we are not allowed..but just type in " iJustine " on Youtube, click on her channel, you will see a giant blue bar right up to of her channel click on " Learn more " about the onechannel layout. Scroll down and click on " Switch. "
