Channel Banner Just doesn't work! Somebody help!!

Well hello lovely people my names Arvid and my youtube banner just doesn't work,i was wondering if anyone would give me some ideas,feedback and even possible work with me to create a more affective one? obviously for the creation one i would offer whoever made it advertising Thankyou and i hope to hear from you all soon)))

It's not bad, I thing the square that says your channel name shouldn't be slanted however in my opinion.

You need to put it in a 2120x1152 for it to fit properly.
