Request Channel Banner Design

Hi, I've been on YouTube for a long time now and I've made videos playing scaring games and plan to try and get some more content, I've hit over 500,000views on my channel and I still don't have a banner that gives you the feel of a growing YouTube channel.

I was hoping for someone with great talent could help me and my channel grow and become more sophisticated by having a banner for my channel.
