Request Channel avatar & banner, free?

Hello YTtalk forum, I've recently got back into youtube and am of course looking to "rebrand" and give me outdated channel a bit of a facelift ready for when I begin to create content in the new year. As I have no training, and very limited knowledge in any kind of graphics software (or anything similar) I would like to ask if one of the kind people of this forum could help a guy out?

Of course I will include the creator in the description of EVERY video I create using the avatar and place them in my "box" (if it is still called that). To sweeten the deal, when I eventually create my intro I will credit them along with my sound provider, sound good?

So, if you have gotten this far my request is as follows:
Banner - Electric/dark(ish) blue background with an the Image of Dogmeat (fallout 4) and a chicken (yes. a chicken. roasted or alive, I do not mind). Could these images be either side of a text bar reading, "ThatGuyAlex".

Avatar - Simple. A chickens face (like my picture now) on a blue background.

Thanks in advance everyone, I appreciate any help I am given.

I couldnt find any PNG's of the picture so if you could find a link for one i would be greatful!
