Channel art

I know this question is going to make me look really stupid buttttt...I don't mind, I gotta ask.
How do I make channel art? Do I need a photo editing programme? And if so which would you recommend?
I work on my iPad, is it possible to do it on my iPad or should I use my brothers laptop?

If you'd like to make your own all you need is a photo editing program. I recommend that you download the template. The size is 2160 1180 (correct me if I'm wrong) but only a center strip can be seen.

PC's can only see the center strip but Smart TV's can see the whole thing.

That, is not what freelance means.
Just because your freelance doesnt make your work free
Freelance means A person who sells services to employers without a long-term commitment to any of them
