Channel Art nemesis

I"m losing my s^$* on getting my channel art on youtube. If the file is too big i can't crop it worth a damn. The right size and it's too small to upload. After figuring out how to delete my pics which took me half an hour, i realized that it does not delete my image on my channel, it just stays there. How do you resolve this?

Are you taking about your file size is too big to upload to your channel? If so, Use this. It makes your .png image like 70% smaller without losing any noticeable quality. I use it.

No it's too small not the right dimensions etc.[DOUBLEPOST=1400501719,1400500360][/DOUBLEPOST]nevermind i figured it out after a few hours. I am really not liking Google + right now.
