Changing the speed of copyright songs?

I have heard that changing the speed of copyrighted songs stop you from getting a copyright strike however if they find out i'm using that song can i get a strike or is it worth not taking the risk?

It's possible that it would stop Content-ID from automatically detecting it, depending on the degree of change. But yes, any company can manually find your video and claim it or take it down. And no, changing the speed alone doesn't make your use of it "Fair Use". If that's all you're doing, you would be using it illegally, which makes all this a moot point.
