I have come here to get the opinion of people outside my subscriber base. If you don't know me please read this because I could really use every opinion I can get!
So I'm thinking about changing my name from "Andrew Productions" to "Reality Productions". Mainly because I'm starting to get hired to do a lot of professional video work and I feel like I need to change it to something that sounds more professional. I've always wanted to drop the name since I've never completely liked "AndrewProductionsTV", but I stuck with because its what everyone knows me as. I've always just thought that name sounds like something a 12 year old would call their minecraft youtube channel or something lmao (I was actually 11 when I made the name though believe it or not). The only thing holding me back is so many people telling me not to do it, but its all the people who watch me on youtube saying not to do it. They're like "No wtf that's stupid" and several people are telling me it sounds like a Real Estate company name or something (I don't completely see how though). Just a lot of people in general just don't seem to like the name too much. I personally like the name, I mean its going to take some getting used to but I feel like if I saw another channel with that name I'd want to check out their videos.
So I want to see what you guys think, should I change my channel name. Also do you think "Reality Productions" is even a good name? Please be honest, and don't just answer the poll I'd like some actual feedback as well.
