I'm not quite positive this is the place to post this, but my name was originally called "CaptainApparation" and I switched over to "CptApparatus" and I'm not sure how I feel about it! Also, my custom URL was set to "CaptainApparition" as well so now I'm not sure how I feel about it. I don't think there's a way to change it back, so should I delete my channel and re-upload all of my content or is it okay as it is?
Changed my name and not super comfortable with it. 3=

No, there's a way to change it back. If you know to go to your Google+ to edit your profile picture, what you can do:
1. Go to your channel and click on the thing to change your profile pic.
2. Once on the page, close out of that little box on your screen to just be on your Google+ page.
3. Click the pencil on the right side of your profile.
4. Below the word "First", change your channel username (and leave "Last" blank).
5. Success!

You can still switch your YouTube name back to your old one if you wanted as was said above ^. Unfortunately you can't change your YouTube URL and that is a one-off thing. Even if you change your display name in the future though that is still okay, there are plenty of channels out there, big and small, who have a channel URL that doesn't match their display name!
