Change youre Channel-Name?

Hey,

do you know if its possible to change youre channel name?

ive read something about it. to connect youre channel with google+ and after you canseled it you can choose a new available one. do you know something about it?

or a different way?

Without deleting my channel!

You can't change your channel name. You can only change it to your real name.

And that isnt what I like to!

Im sad I want my Nickname: Shoninya as my Channelname. I always has this name in youtube but many years ago (2004/5) I forgot my logindata and till the years ive got delete. now my name is available again but since 2008 i have my new channel with a name, which is a little different from Shoninya = Shoninya 's Tube.

it wouldnt be so hard for youtube to change it. its yust a klick and a 2 second change in the database. I think it should be service for them!

Nope, sadly it's not possible. I remember the times, where back in 2009, 2010 and early 2011 people could reclaim inactive YouTube Usernames. They even let somebody who was new partner (me) at the time do it, so i've got some cool ones
