Is the change description and keywords can affect the decrease CTR? (views have not changed and are the same as before the changes)

Not really. If you mean does changing the description or tags help or hurt search results then definitely. One word could make or break it really in the tags. Description is more lenient.

what do you think are some great attracting tags? i usually put epic, zombie, fail and fat. lol but not just those of course.

I'm doing just experiment, newly created key words and descriptions. After several days, the average number of video views has not changed in, while the average CTR fell from 5% to a maximum of 2%.

I wish that were best displayed Paid advertising

No thats incorrect. Let's say you are making a game review for a game like Night Trap for Sega CD. Here are the tags I'd put. "Night Trap" "Night" "Trap" "Sega CD" "Sega" " CD" "Review" "Reviews" "FMV Hell" "FMV" "Hell" you just break down your compound keywords into single ones. If you put s**t like "Justin Bieber" on your tags it wont get you anywhere cuz that person looking for bieber isn't going to look for your stuff plus it wont show up in results for bieber because that's just one tag.
